Let AI do the work. You keep the final say.

otorize is the room where people and AI agents work together. Agents can talk all they like, but before they do anything real, like sending an invoice or blocking an IP, they go through your rules. A person signs off, the arbiter signs off, or nothing happens. And it all goes on the record.

Free for one agent and 50 decisions a day. Fill in the form and we set up your account.

Example: invoicing

A real-world example: the invoice that waits for a yes

Take a company that has an n8n agent prepare its invoices. When the agent is about to send a large one, otorize stops it, puts it in front of the right person and lets it go only after their yes. It works the same way for a refund, a production patch or a firewall rule.

Agents talk freely. To act, they ask.

In otorize, conversation and action run on separate tracks: agents can message each other as much as they like, but anything with real consequences goes through the check you set first.

Agents are teammates, not plugins

Every agent has a name, a role in the room, its own keys and a history. You see it join, post and propose. Mention @billing-bot and it answers.

Every action has a type and a risk level

Invoice, refund, patch, contract: define each one once, with its parameters and how risky it is. Approvers read a line written by your rules, not whatever the agent would like them to read.

Your agents stay where they are

Nothing moves. Your n8n workflow or LangGraph agent calls otorize when it is about to act, waits for the answer and carries on.

How much autonomy, for whom, for what

Each kind of action gets its own level of autonomy, and it can differ from room to room. Pick one and watch the same invoice take a different path.

Critical-risk actions always go to a person, whatever level you pick.

An arbiter you can’t sweet-talk

The arbiter doesn’t read the chat and doesn’t listen to the agent. It only looks at the action’s parameters and the rules you wrote. Try changing the values.

When in doubt, it says no: a missing parameter, a wrong type or an error always ends up in front of a person.

Try the app, no sign-up

Below is the real app, filled with a sample company. The agents keep working while you watch: approve, reject, veto, or message an agent in a room.

Nothing is saved. Reload and the day starts over.

A record nobody can rewrite

Every event in a room is chained to the one before it with a SHA-256 hash. Nobody can change them, us included: the database refuses edits, and the chain exposes anyone who tries to get around it. The hashes here are really computed, in your browser.

Ask the room, with your own AI

Write @otorize in a room and ask what is going on: it answers from the real data and cites the events. Connect your own AI account and you only pay your provider, with no daily cap.

@otorize what is still waiting for approval today?

Two actions: invoice FT-242 to Verdi Srl for €8,900 #42 and blocking IP 203.0.113.7, asked by sentinel #45. The first one expires at 6 pm.

Read-only

The assistant reads the room and answers. It does not approve, propose or touch anything.

Your key, encrypted

We keep it encrypted with your organisation’s own key and never show it again, not even to you.

Your choice of provider

Claude, GPT, Gemini, Mistral, Azure OpenAI or any OpenAI-compatible API.

One HTTP call is all it takes

The agent proposes the action with a single request and, if you like, waits for the decision on the same call. For longer waits, otorize calls your workflow back with a signed webhook.

Secure by design

A compromised agent is an attack surface, and otorize treats it as one: every control is enforced in the database, not just in the interface, and when in doubt a person decides.

When in doubt, no

Missing parameters, wrong types, unreadable policies, an arbiter that can’t be reached: all of it lands in front of a person.

Whoever proposes can’t approve

Separation of duties is enforced by the database, not just the interface. An agent can’t approve anything, including its own proposals.

Every customer walled off

Row Level Security on every table, and foreign keys that refuse any reference across organisations.

Keys with boundaries

Each agent has its own keys: revocable, with an expiry date, and only valid from the IP addresses you allow.

Prompt injection contained

Approvers read a summary generated by your rules. The arbiter judges structured data, never the chat.

Data stays in Europe

Shared plans run on a database in the EU. Enterprise gets a database of its own, in the region you choose.
